This is a bibliographic reference to American Justice Partnership's scholarly work of which only page 29 of 32 is shown. The author's original paper is so well documented that it could be used for a basis for impeachment in this Floridian's opinion. However page 29 is well suited to be used as a score card of sorts for judicial retention election decisions. It should be noted that these same 'activist' judges were the same judges who found Florida's Parental Notification Law unconstitutional.
